Job summary

JLL is seeking a Residential Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious client site in London Mayfair. You will support the Supervisor and the team to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8–5.

The role covers HVAC, plumbing, pumps and control systems, energy management, and preventive maintenance. A Level 3 qualification in plumbing, building services or related areas is required, with experience using Corrigo

Qualifications

Must have Level 3 qualification in plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems.
Experience with building maintenance and compliant with SLAs/KPIs.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Schedule preventive maintenance tasks and log reactive maintenance requests.
Assign work orders to technicians and monitor costs and labour hours.
Maintain equipment history and documentation.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Maintenance Engineer to work on one of our high-end, prestigious client sites in London Mayfair. The site in itself is a mixed commercial and retail and residential building and one of newest in the local area. The main aim of this is to support the Supervisor and the team on maintaining the mechanical and electrical equipment and ensure we deliver our SLA and KPI as outlined and agreed. You will be an integral part of the established team on this site. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8-5pm.
