Job summary

Stags in Exeter is seeking a Lettings Property Manager who is well-organised and computer-literate, with a desire to learn and progress. You will manage a diverse range of properties from city centre to village and work as part of a team.

You will liaise with landlords and tenants, undertake property inspections, including check-in and checkout inspections, and handle repairs and maintenance as part of the role. This position is ideally full-time, with flexibility for part-time consideration.

Role Description This role would suit someone with experience who is also keen to learn and progress while working as part of team. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property from modern city centre to village/country. The ideal candidate would be well-organised, computer-literate and the enthusiasm to learn. As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of property management, liaising with landlords and tenants, undertaking property inspections, dealing with elements of repairs and maintenance as well as check in and checkout inspections.

Ideally full time but part time would be considered.
