Job summary

Vincere in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our busy residential team on a three-day-per-week basis. You will manage a portfolio of properties and provide a high level of service to landlords, tenants and contractors, while coordinating day-to-day queries and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of lettings processes, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property management.
