Job summary

The People Pod in Manchester City Centre is recruiting for a Resident Lettings Administrator / Resident Contracts Executive. This entry-level role offers a £27,000 base salary with a £2,000 bonus, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00, and an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career in property with a global group and strong culture.

You’ll support the resident journey from application through move-in, handling tenancy agreements, referencing, compliance and rent payments, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn and build a career in property.
• Previous experience in property, lettings, estate agency or residential accommodation would be beneficial but not essential.
• Genuine interest in property and ability to work in an organised, structured and accurate way.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenancy agreements and licences.
• Carry out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks.
• Ensure contracts, documentation and payments are completed before move-in.
• Maintain accurate resident, tenancy and CRM records.
• Manage rent schedules and payment reconciliation.
• Investigate payment queries and discrepancies.
