Job summary

E.ON UK is seeking an ICP Residential Manager to lead residential utility infrastructure projects across electricity, gas and water networks. The role is home based with nationwide travel and requires building strong relationships with developers and strategic customers.

You will drive delivery, commercial performance and safety compliance while shaping the ICP Residential operation in the UK, reporting to senior leadership and delivering value across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-utility sector experience.
• Experience with residential housing developers and building strong relationships.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, gas and water utility installation.
• Proven contract or operations management experience.
• Extensive experience in NERS WIRS & GIRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of multi-utility residential projects.
• Ensure delivery meets programme, budget and quality targets.
• Build and develop the ICP Residential team and structure.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contracts, and accreditations.
• Manage change control, variations and contractual risks.
• Provide regular operational and commercial reporting.
• Maintain relationships with developers and customers at senior level.
• Promote safety via CDM, NRSWA, RAMS reviews and investigations.
