Job summary

Actemium Coventry is seeking an experienced ICP Project Manager to lead complex projects from award through energisation and adoption. You will act as the NERS Qualified Supervisor, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the ICP portfolio.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing performance, and driving safety culture while supporting growth through planning and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICP projects.
• Strong knowledge of NERS accreditation requirements.
• Experience delivering HV network projects (11kV & 33kV).
• Understanding of DNO and IDNO specifications and procedures.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• SMSTS (or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICP projects from inception through to energisation and final handover.
• Manage programme performance, commercial outcomes, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, DNOs, IDNOs, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support across the wider business for ICP opportunities and project delivery.
• Drive compliance with NERS requirements, utility standards, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Managers and operational teams.
• Support business growth through effective planning, resource management, and project governance.
• Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.
