Job summary

Executive-Network-Group is seeking a Residential Multi-Utility Manager to lead a growing division delivering housing utility infrastructure across the UK. You will own strategy, guide tendering, and drive delivery from concept to handover.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build a high-performing team, shape processes, and build long-term partnerships with developers and suppliers while maintaining commercial discipline and industry know-how.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the residential multi-utility sector.
• Strong understanding of electricity, gas and water infrastructure.
• Experience working with housing developers and residential customers.
• Knowledge of NERS, WIRS and GIRS environments.
• Background in commercial management, tendering, and contracts.
• Excellent commercial judgement and profitability focus.
• Experience leading teams and implementing change.
• Ability to challenge existing approaches and introduce new ideas.
