Qualifications

• Proven experience in housebuilding or residential construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed budgets, estimates, and cashflows.
• Support land and planning teams with accurate costings.
• Undertake site visits to assess constraints.
