Ethos Resourcing is seeking an experienced construction Estimator for a full-time, permanent role near Maidstone, Kent. You will join a national house builder's Pre-Construction team, preparing and submitting competitive prices for residential sites.

The role suits someone with 5+ years in construction estimation, who wants a stable pipeline of work in a supportive, progressive office environment. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with regional offices in Kent.
