The role suits someone with 5+ years in construction estimation, who wants a stable pipeline of work in a supportive, progressive office environment. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with regional offices in Kent.

Responsibilities

• Build and submit competitive prices as part of the Pre-Construction team.
• Work across Residential sites to deliver 5 Star rated New Homes across Kent & East Sussex.
• Based in regional offices, working 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
