Job summary

Connells Group in Haywards Heath is seeking a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. You'll deliver excellent service to clients while driving branch results and progressing sales through valuation, viewing and negotiation.

This role offers industry-leading training, clear progression and uncapped commission on top of a £25k basic salary, with opportunities across Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes within one of the UK's leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
