Connells Group in Uckfield is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Freeman Foreman residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers while driving sales and achieving targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
