Job summary

Encore is seeking a Residential Development Manager to lead the mobilisation of a brand-new, state-of-the-art residential scheme in London. The role involves managing on-site teams, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring communal areas meet the highest standards as the development grows toward 1,500 homes over a 10-year horizon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing prestigious residential developments or similar environments such as hospitality or armed forces.
• Experience mobilising a development from ground up is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring and developing teams.
• Contractor management experience, including assessing and approving works.
• Financial management experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support on-site team to deliver smooth mobilisation and operation.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor relationships and safety compliance.
• Ensure communal areas are presented to the highest standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
