Qualifications
- Solicitor with 3+ PQE required.
- Experience with housebuilder clients is advantageous but not essential.
- Commercial development solicitors seeking residential development welcome.
Responsibilities
- Advising on complex, large-scale land acquisitions for major housebuilders across England and Wales
- Drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements between developers
- Handling disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations
- Advising on funding arrangements
- Working on strategic land options
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships within a nationally recognised team
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Birmingham residential development team
