A leading national legal and professional services group is looking to recruit a Residential Development Associate in Birmingham. The firm’s residential development unit is the largest in the UK, with 200 specialists acting for the top 10 UK housebuilders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential development or commercial property solicitor in Birmingham to work on complex, large-scale land acquisitions for major housebuilders across England and Wales.

The Role

• Advising on complex, large-scale land acquisitions for major housebuilders across England and Wales

The Candidate

• Solicitor with 3 years' or more PQE
• Experience acting for housebuilder clients is advantageous but not essential
• Commercial development solicitors looking to move into residential development are welcomed
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills across land acquisition and development documentation
• Genuine passion for land acquisition and development work
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
