• Acting for housebuilders, promoters and developers on residential development matters.
• Managing conditional/unconditional contracts, options, affordable housing transactions and overage arrangements.
• Handling site assembly, easements, infrastructure agreements and management documentation.
• Supporting complex strategic land, promotion and collaboration agreements.
