Job summary

Tollers LLP in Stevenage is seeking a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join our established conveyancing team. You will manage client transactions from instruction through completion, conduct property searches, review contracts, and coordinate with agents, lenders and other practitioners.

As Team Leader you will mentor staff, explain conveyancing procedures to clients, and take on increasing responsibility in a supportive environment where your contribution is valued.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with conveyancing expertise.
• Experience leading a conveyancing team preferred.
• Strong client-service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the conveyancing team in the Stevenage office.
• Manage client transactions from instruction through to completion, including searches, contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other practitioners to ensure smooth completion.
