Job summary

You will lead on matters within your portfolio, explain conveyancing concepts clearly to clients, and collaborate with agents, lenders, and colleagues to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid conveyancing experience.
• Experience supervising staff and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client transactions from instruction to completion.
• Conduct property searches and enquiries.
• Review and advise on contracts and supporting documents.
• Identify and resolve title issues.
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other practitioners.
