Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is assisting a well-established law firm in Alfreton to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor. The role involves managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and handling contracts, title documentation and property searches.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor with 2-3 years+ PQE, capable of working independently in a busy environment and delivering excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Able to examine contracts, title docs, and property searches.
• Experience handling exchanges, completions, and post-completion matters.

• Running a residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion
