Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the Derbyshire-based Conveyancing team. You will manage a varied residential caseload, work independently, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.

You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, draft and review contracts, liaise with agents, lenders and other parties, and ensure timely case progression with guidance for junior colleagues where

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or chartered legal executive.
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
