Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The role involves handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion and communicating with clients and colleagues throughout the process.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years PQE and be a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor, with strong organisational and client-relations skills and a readiness to work in a supportive, local team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor.
• 2-3 years+ PQE.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational abilities and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established local law firm in Alfreton. You will be joining a strong and experienced property team within a supportive working environment.

Conveyancer Responsibilities:

• Running a residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion
• Examining contracts, title documentation, and property searches
• Preparing and dealing with pre-contract enquiries
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and legal representatives
