Job summary

QED Legal is representing a Sheffield-based law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse range of property matters with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate service to clients.

Knowledge of residential property and conveyancing procedures is essential, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Around NQ-3 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidence with case management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
• Handle titles, contracts, transfers, searches, SDLT returns and related enquiries.
• Provide regular client updates and liaise with solicitors, agents, lenders and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with conveyancing procedures and quality standards.
