The Role

An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post‑completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• General residential conveyancing matters

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.

About You

To be considered, you’ll ideally be:

• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
