• Minimum of 2 years PQE as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

• Experience with auction sale and purchase.
• Understanding of Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes.

Responsibilities

• Handle transfer of equity transactions.

Overview

This highly regarded, thriving, multi-office firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to work from their office in Ashford, Middlesex and also be work from home for 1 day per week.

Requirements

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally more and be able to hit the ground running in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

You will to be able to handle all types of residential property matters, including:

• Transfer of equity
• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
• Auction sale and purchase
• Re-mortgage
• Help to Buy
• Shared Ownership
