Job summary

TSR Legal in Gloucester is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.

You will oversee matters from instruction through to completion, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders, and work within a supportive, professional team capable of long-term career progression. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Applications welcomed from solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and qualified Legal Executives.
• 1-4 years' PQE (or equivalent) preferred.

Salary: Up to £52,000 DOE
