Job summary

About the Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complicated property transactions.

The role may also involve properties with rural characteristics, including private drainage arrangements, access rights, boundary issues, unregistered titles and transactions requiring additional investigation.

You will work directly with clients, local agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and qualified Legal Executives with residential conveyancing experience.

Experience dealing with rural properties or an interest in agricultural property work would be particularly advantageous.
