Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing - Gloucester - 2‑5 Years PQE

Location: Gloucester
Type of Role: Permanent, Full‑time
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000

A nationally recognized conveyancing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 2‑5 years' post‑qualification experience to join its specialist equity release team based in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing firm that values excellence, innovation, and outstanding client service.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions
  • Leasehold and lease extension work
  • New build properties
  • Deeds of variation
  • Matrimonial transfers
  • Equity release (advantageous but not essential)
  • SDLT requirements including reliefs and exemptions
  • Unregistered properties
  • Restrictions and cautions on property titles

You’ll also:

  • Provide technical legal guidance and supervision across transactional teams
  • Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and trade body standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
Candidate Requirements
  • 2‑5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
