Job summary

Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Locum for a well-established law firm in Cheshire. This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the opportunity to join a busy property team on a long-term basis.

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, while providing excellent client service

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client service and ability to progress matters efficiently.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards in conveyancing transactions.
• Able to hit the ground running in a busy office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions.
