This ongoing assignment offers an immediate start, a busy caseload and the opportunity to provide valuable support to an established property department.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handle freehold and leasehold transactions, and liaise with clients and third parties to ensure

Qualifications

• Experienced in handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly.
