Contract: Locum
Start date: Immediate
Duration: 3 months
Working pattern: Hybrid
Our client is a law firm based in the West Midlands, looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor on a locum basis. The role is available immediately and offers a three-month engagement for a solicitor who can step into an established team and take on live matters from day one.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, from instruction through to completion and post-completion work. You will be expected to run your own files with minimal supervision, keeping clients, agents and lenders informed and moving matters forward to agreed timescales.
The role is hybrid, so you will split your time between the firm’s West Midlands office and working from home. The team is looking for someone who can settle in quickly, work well with colleagues and fee earners, and keep the workload moving through the contract. Rate details will be confirmed with candidates.
