Job summary

Lyons Bowe Limited in the South West is seeking an ambitious Legal Assistant to join our Exchange & Completions team within Residential Conveyancing. You will support the legal team and clients to complete purchase or sale of property, handling documents and updates.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Proficiency in Maths & English at a high level.

Responsibilities

Assist Legal Team in caseload management and file queries.
Complete tasks within defined SLAs and timescales.
Prepare, check, and send documents (e.g., Certificates of Title) and chase information.
Track key date stages for purchases and sales.
Provide clients with real-time updates on progress.
