Property Law Partners in Woking is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our residential conveyancing team. You'll work on transactions from instruction to completion and learn through mentorship from experienced conveyancers.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership of cases and a clear pathway to qualification. This position centres on drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating searches and enquiries, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors' firms to progress

Responsibilities

• Support conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, manage searches and enquiries with local authorities and third parties.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors' firms to progress matters smoothly.
• Maintain meticulous file administration and deadline management.
• Develop familiarity with conveyancing software systems and spot-check transactions for accuracy and compliance.
