Responsibilities

• Provide support to a Conveyancer and help progress residential transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle electronic and paper files, chase information from clients and third parties.
• Assist with exchanges and completions and review mortgage offers.
• Input and interpret key data such as redemption figures and documentation.
