Ideal candidates have experience in conveyancing or remortgage, though strong admin or customer service backgrounds are welcome. You will handle files, chase information, and assist with exchanges and completions, working to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing or remortgage experience preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in legal administration or customer service is welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and corporate partners.
• Support conveyancers with residential property transactions progression.
• Manage electronic and paper files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Follow up with customers, solicitors, agents, lenders for information.
• Assist with exchanges and completions.
• Input and interpret data, including mortgage figures and offers.
