Puro Associates is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support fee earners through residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You will manage communications with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, and handle file opening, AML checks, searches, documents, replies to enquiries, exchanges and completions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant within a residential property team.
