Search is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Property team. The role focuses on supporting fee earners and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

You will handle file opening/closing, prepare contracts, submit searches, assist with exchanges and completions, and manage client correspondence in a busy law firm setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Administrator or Property Legal Secretary
• Knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Opening and closing client files
• Preparing contract packs and legal documents
• Submitting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
• Assisting with exchanges and completions
• Managing client and third-party correspondence
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion work
• Maintaining accurate case management records
