Leading Warwickshire firm seeks a residential conveyancer to join their Leamington Spa office. This is a busy, well‑established department and you will work alongside the Head of Department.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and completion statements
• Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to the growth of the department
