Residential Conveyancer - Bristol

We're working with a well-established, multi-office firm who are looking to grow their residential property offering with the hire of an experienced residential conveyancer. The firm is going through a strong period of growth, and this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, busy residential conveyancing team with a solid pipeline of residential conveyancing work.

As the residential conveyancer in this team, you'll be managing your own caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations - handling matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.

You'll be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience running your own conveyancing files. The team are looking for someone confident, client-focused and keen to join a friendly and collaborative working environment.
