Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer in Warwickshire for a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days at home. You will handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion in a supportive team.

Candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing and be comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision while delivering excellent client care and building relationships with clients and referrers.

Residential Conveyancer | 2+ | Warwickshire | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

A Warwickshire law firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to handle its own caseload within a supportive Property team. This full-time hybrid role requires three office days and two remote days weekly.

Candidates with two or more years’ experience are welcome, including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, or skilled Fee Earners without formal qualification.

The position demands a proven record managing residential transactions from instruction through post-completion.

The Role
