Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold matters as well as sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process and keep them updated on progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to the smooth running and development of the property team.
