Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a growing Residential Property team. You will manage a personal caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring progress and client communication throughout.

The role emphasizes strong conveyancing expertise, independence in caseload management, and delivering high levels of client care within a professional environment that values development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience independently managing a caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters.
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties.
• Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and AML requirements.
