TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, busy high street law firm looking to grow their successful conveyancing team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer. Whether youre a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner.

Youll be joining a friendly and supportive team of 4 Residential Conveyancers and 4 Legal Assistants, working together to deliver a high-quality service to a loyal client base.

The Role:

Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

Managing approximately 3035 new files per month, covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Working closely with legal assistants to ensure smooth file progression

Providing clear communication and updates to clients and third parties throughout the process

Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

About You:

Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently is essential

Applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers

Strong client care and communication skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Well-organised with good attention to detail
