Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a residential conveyancer for a busy Alfreton office. You will manage your own full caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers from instruction to completion while liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ PQE or equivalent, is confident running a busy caseload independently, and delivers high-quality client care.

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
• 5+ years’ PQE managing files from instruction to completion.
• Strong experience across leasehold and freehold transactions.
• Confident running a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT proficient with case management systems; LEAP helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full caseload of residential matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, and leasehold/freehold work.
• Maintain records, drafts and completion statements with accuracy.
• Review titles, leases and searches for compliance.
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders and other parties.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
• Supervise/admin staff as required.
