Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a qualified conveyancer to join its Residential Property team in Sheffield. You’ll run your own files end-to-end with strong client care in a well-established regional firm.

Offering £50,000 to £55,000, 38 days of leave inclusive of bank holidays, life assurance and a supportive culture. The role enables flexible and part-time working where suitable, with clear progression paths and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
• 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing
• Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive approach and deadline-driven

Responsabilités

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion
• Handling a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and remortgages
• Providing clear, practical advice and keeping clients updated throughout the transaction
• Maintaining high standards of client care, communication and responsiveness
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues to keep matters progressing smoothly
• Following internal processes, AML requirements and file management standards
• Contributing to team performance and consistent service delivery
