TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, looking to hire experienced residential conveyancers on a fully remote basis.

The firm employs several highly experienced conveyancers and a marketing team in Bristol, and has grown steadily over the years with no signs of slowing down.

The role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and managing other transaction documentation
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The ideal candidates

• (Role 1) Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling own caseload
• (Role 2) Conveyancer with 2-4+ years of experience running own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
