TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, looking to bring on board experienced residential conveyancers for a fully remote position.

Headquartered in Bristol, with conveyancers working across the region, the firm has an outstanding approach to client care. Fee earners have full case ownership from instruction to completion. The firm employs several highly experienced professionals and has a strong presence in Bristol, continuing to grow steadily.

The role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and other transaction documentation
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The ideal candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years' experience handling own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years' or more experience running own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
