TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, looking to hire experienced residential conveyancers on a fully remote basis.

The client

Headquartered in Bristol, with conveyancers working across the region, the firm offers outstanding client care, with fee earners having full case ownership from instruction to completion. The firm employs several highly experienced conveyancers and a marketing team in Bristol, and has grown steadily over the years.

The role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and managing other transaction-related documents
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The ideal candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4+ years of experience, capable of managing own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
