Job Description

TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, looking to hire experienced residential conveyancers on a fully remote basis.

The Client

The firm is headquartered in Bristol with conveyancers working across the region. They have an outstanding approach to client care, with fee earners managing cases from instruction to completion. The firm employs highly experienced staff and has grown steadily over the years with no signs of slowing down.

The Role

• Handle your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties.
• Prepare SDLT forms and other transaction documents.
• Provide excellent client care at all times.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
• Support other team members.

Ideal Candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling own caseload.
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4+ years of experience, capable of managing own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
