The role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and managing other transactions
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The ideal candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years' experience handling your own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years' (or more) experience running your own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
