Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Leeds to join a busy, supportive team. You will manage a capped caseload and handle a mix of freehold and leasehold matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload (minimum 12 months, ideally 2+ years).
• Strong experience handling freehold sale and purchase transactions.
• Exposure to leasehold matters (preferred).
• Solid understanding of AML/SOF checks and client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
• Handle predominantly freehold sale and purchase transactions.
• Conduct title checks and prepare property reports on purchases.
• Deal with enquiries on both sale and purchase files.
• Liaise with clients and third parties to agree exchange and completion dates.
• Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Funds (SOF) checks.
• Support on leasehold transactions, including reviewing leases and raising enquiries.
